How a money lender rip you off from your money?

When in need of money, people generally go for private money lenders after not being entertained by any bank. The world is full of messiahs and monsters. A genuine and legitimate private money lender can be a messiah in times when the chips are down however a fake money lender can be as horrible as a monster. Here is what happened with my friend Sarah when she was in sheer need of money. She told me the whole story as she was about to pay my money back. I too suffered because she did not get the loan and she was unable to pay me back. After hearing what happened I decided to pen down the whole article so that simple and straight forward people may safe themselves from such fake scoundrels.

My friend Sarah works in a private school .She took some money from her friends including to purchase some jewelry. Now to return that money she opted to go for loan from a bank. After being refused by many banks in the city, she thought to search for private money lenders on internet.
Money lending can be on the basis of collateral or non-collateral process. Collateral process involves any fixed asset as a security and non-collateral involves a processing fee as a security.

After applying to different private money lenders she got the reply that she has to pay $250 but she had $150 only .She told all money lenders that she had only $150 but every one replied her to pay $250 for processing the loan. That was fine however one money lender from Ghana agreed to pay the loan of $5000, if she promises to return the remaining amount as soon as she gets the loan. The accountant of the company called it as the payment of ALUBASA DEPOSIT which was equal to $260.She was very happy that now all her worries will be over. The money lender from Ghana asked her to pay the amount of $150 via Western Union and send the scanned receipt of payment. She did the same and asked the company to provide the loan via bank. She send all her accounts details to that company but when she did that the accountant of the company replied by email that the transfer officer is not willing to transfer the loan unless she pays the remaining amount that was $110.Sarah was very disappointed to read that email and tried to remind him about what he said in his previous but her sheer disappointment ,the accountant reluctantly added that he was sorry and he can't help her out because he can not go against the policy of the company. Sarah had no choice and she agreed to pay the remaining amount the next month when she gets the salary. Next month ,before going to make the payment, she reminded the company via email that today she is going to make the payment which will be equal to $110.The accountant of the company quickly responded that she has to pay $150 because the transfer officer will want $40 to stamp the transfer papers. Poor Sarah agreed to this term also because she had already paid $150 so as to avail the loan. She was fully assured by the company that this was the last payment and after this payment she will definitely get the loan. She made the payment of $150 and sends the scanned receipt of the payment via Western Union. There was no reply till 36 hours. Next day, the accountant of the company replied that she has been transferred the loan via Western Union however provided her with only first eight digits and hide the last two digits of the MTCN with the excuse that the transfer officer has hidden the last two digits which he will provide when she pays the origination fee of $200.
He showed the receipt of payment by Western Union.
Poor Sarah had no money to pay and had already paid $300 .When I got there to take my money she told me about the whole matter and showed me all emails by that company .I was so shocked to see that the receipt of payment shown by that company containing eight digits, had the same MTCN . that was printed on the last payment receipt by Sarah. That was a complete fraud. Another act of cheating I suppose was the delivery of $5000 via Western Union because Sarah had asked the company to pay her through Bank. A friend of mine told me that in Pakistan, Western Union do not send the money abroad if it exceeds the limit of $3000.It was sheer cheating on company's part, after promising her to provide the loan when she made the payment of processing fee.Atleast, it should have told her about the whole expenses or simply rejected her application .She would not have been hurt so badly because she had promised all her friends that she will pay us back.
I strongly forbid her to pay that company any more because every time, she made the payment, new charges appear. She lost her $300 in addition to that she paid the Western Union every time made the payment and got nothing in return. God teach those fake scoundrels.

My purpose of writing this whole story is to protect simple and straight forward people like Sarah from falling into the trap of such fake money lenders who are not genuine and much eager to rip off people from their hard earned money.

The heart of Florence lies on the north bank of River Arno.Piazza Del Duomo is the historic religious focus city dominated by the church popularly called 'DUOMO' which is the Cathedral of Santa Maria Del.The designer and engineer Brunelleschi gained fame because of his splendid architechtural marvel.The dome, which is 140 feet wide and 180 feet high, was completed in 1461.One has to get into a long queue to get inside the church.Battistero San Giovanni Baptistery lies opposite the Duomo with its three splendid,carved bronze doors.
Southwards towards River Arno, at a 10 minute walk from the dome,is the famous Uffizi Gallery near the Piazza Vecchio,It is a collection of priceless artists.The work of Michelangelo ,Raphael,Leonardo da Vinci and other great artists are on display.
South of the Uffizi is the River Arno-very popular with rowers ----spanned by a series of bridges that divide the city into two.Close to the rivers is the famous street full of jewellery shops,which sells breathtakingly beautiful pieces of jewellery.The Pizale of Michelangelo gives an over view of the the entire city .A giant ,Michelangelo's David stood in the centre of the piazza and the beautiful city of Florence could be seen from there.In short ,Florence is a pleasure in itself.

Science is for service to mankind. The branches of Science deal in different aspects of life. Basically, Science is divided into three branches namely Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Physics deals with physical properties of matter and laws of forces. Many sports are generally based on these studies and involve many of these laws. Those who have studied Physics must have studied about Angular Momentum. The sports of Gymnastic have some of these laws of Physics, concealed into its different varieties. The three forms of Gymnastics are Artistic, Rhythmic and Trampoline. The Artistic Gymnastic comprises of several routines like Vaults, Uneven bars, Pommel horse etc.The Gymnasts display acts of rotation from end to another. The Rhythmic Gymnastic also involves rotational motion. The third one, Trampoline is also based on bounce and rebound. All these three types apparently display artistic beauty but inside these arts, a basic knowledge of scientific laws is concealed. The sports of gymnastic have the beauty of art as well it encompasses the laws of Sciences. Gymnastics is in fact a competitive sport that tests an athlete's strength, rhythm, balance, flexibility. We see different gymnasts performing these gymnastic acts. The sports of Gymnasts are an art involving the basics of Sciences. There is some where Science involved in it. Those aware of Physics, the branch of Science, do know about the Angular momentum and its rotation. In many moves made by a gymnast, this Angular Momentum is involved such as the rotation of a gymnast. This Science is hidden in all routines of its three forms. The law of Angular Momentum is mainly involved in many of them. According to the definition of Angular momentum, it is equal to the product of mass, velocity and distance from mass to axis of rotation. When a gymnast leaves the mat, they have all the angular momentum from their push-off that they will get while leaving their position of rest. For different moves, the gymnast will need to change their rate of rotation while in the air. They change their rate of rotation by changing the distance of their center of mass from the axis of rotation. The angular speed increases or decreases by changing the distance between the mass and the axis of rotation. For example, when a gymnast performs on the uneven or parallel bars, she may start by doing a giant swing around the top bar to gain angular momentum. When she turns loose and tucks her mass in to decrease the distance between her body and the axis of spin, she starts spinning much faster. Her angular momentum is still constant because no external force occurs to create a change in her angular momentum. When gymnasts work on these hard routines, the laws of Physics are practiced in a hidden manner by them.Infact it is a display of these laws. When a gymnast jumps on a trampoline, the trampoline springs in the mat force the body of Gymnast to bounce. He/she gets a bounce and with the bounce, the gymnast gets the elevation to a maximum. Then the force of gravity pulls the body again back to its normal position. Then again the gymnast gets bounce. In this way, it is repeated .The same theory is repeated when a gymnast performs on bars whether parallel, horizontal or uneven. The weight of the body of gymnast forces the body back to its normal position. This is done in quick seconds and in this lapse of time a very important phenomenon "The gravitation force" is displayed, coated in fun and entertainment. Since the sports of gymnastic is not only to play but also teaches knowledge of great in depth in its varieties. In this way we say that the sports of Gymnastics is a combination of both Arts and Science .As it portrays the artistic beauty and scientific thoughts combined together to display one of the finest scenes of nature.

It is Japanese word which is the combination of two words "Tsu "which means seaport and "Nami" means the waves of the sea. On 26 December 2004, a big sea earth quake appeared in the middle of Indian Ocean which introduced as Tsunami all around the world.

This Tsunamis was appeared in the sea due to breaking of the rocks under the surface of the sea which produced great waves which struck against the shore with great power. It was reported that these waves were 35 feet high, some where. The countries around the Indian Oceans, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Thailand were become the victims of Tsunami.According to the report of IUCAN Head Quarter(Switzerland) the cause of Tsunami was the destruction of the natural geographical scenes in these countries. High story buildings of the hotels were constructed for the amusement of the tourists. The ponds for the farming of prawns have also been constructed after cutting the forests.
Due to these causes the natural equilibrium of geography became destroyed in these countries. The dangerous Tsunami which appeared on 26 Dec 2004 lasted till Jan 2005. Nearly twelve countries became the victims of Tsunami. This dangerous sea power destroyed the countries including Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Thailand and Maldives Islands. The calculation of destruction was estimated nearly ten billion dollars.

Standard of living of a country is said to be higher incase of more exports than imports. Since exports pull a lot of money and this increase a flux of foreign exchange. On the other hand, the imports carry away money from the country. That is why all countries endeavor to be self-sufficient as possible as they can so as to save foreign exchange.

People in search of good employment endeavor to migrate in a foreign country. Some migrate on their own will and some are caused to migrate since it is the requirement of the job. People initially are combated with few problems .These could be

1- Employment and residential problem.
People with residence provided by the employment company are still in a more satisfied position than those who are homeless. There is a good percentage of homeless people in any foreign country. Those with no employment are also troubled with the same.
2- Language gap.
Each country has its own official language. Apart from International languages like English , Arabic, French , Chinese etc other indigenous languages also has a role to play in any society. These languages provide you a link with that society. It becomes mandatory for those settling in a new country to learn or at least have some know how about the languages that are used there. Unawareness to these languages lead to complete blind ness from whatever is happening in that society.
3- Ignorance of rules and regulations;
Ignorance to languages contribute to ignorance of rules and regulations of that country. Consequently people are fined for their ignorance and everyday a new trouble waits for them every now and then.
4- Non social life style.
Language is a communication tool. Without getting well aware from languages. there remain a communication gap among individuals and the society they migrate and live in.
5- Routes and location.
A new country has its own routes and location of sites. It becomes quite difficult to get set and grasp the new routes and locations till one get into the rhythm of daily routine.
6- Weather trouble.
Last but not the least, every country has its own weather. Some are too cold, some are hot and some have moderate weather. People migrating from hot and moderate regions are always troubled by cold weather.
In short, every place has its characteristic and features. People take some time to get settled.

Both the slogans are absurd idiotic and ironic and would not be an exaggeration to say "idiotic ". Just imagine an act, a device ,an equipment whose primary concept and objective is to kill ,destroy and eliminate act as a means of catalyst and promoter of peace which generates love, affection and goodwill.

How could any one in his mind embrace this fact ? In the past, weapons of mass destruction were used by the U.S, Britain and Soviet Union to put an end to war. There is no denying that the Second World came to end soon after the dropping of the atomic bomb killing more than a million innocents people.
But the peace action was a short time period and proved to be an illusion. There have been so many wars and most of them unprompted aggressions killing millions. Even now today, US has aggressed against Iraq and Afghanistan. Since2003 killed more than 6 millions .The US has plans to Iran, Syria and Pakistan in the near future (the present air raids on Waziristan and FATA are example). Israel has been invading and aggressing upon Palestine and Lebanon, killing millions and rendering millions homeless.
They would certainly not have committed this savagery if Israel was not equipped with most sophisticated weapons. It is blatant provocation to offer a self fighting equipment and at the same time to expect the buyer not to use these weapons for intentions to kill and destroy in order to take revenge occupy unauthorized land or to come with lost.
It would be realistic and rational to display latest models of ammunition but not to sell. There is every possibility of the weapons getting into wrong hands because of the built-in human fallibilities.
Without weapons there are only a few instances of crime against humanity. While at Plato’s Academy his work appear to be in simple literary form mostly in dialogues .These include “On the Soul”, ”On Justice” and “The Symposium”.
At the Lyceum Aristotle‘s work is much more complicated and the existing texts were possibly written by Aristotle as guides of his lectures. Some of them may have been compiled by other scholars by notes transcribed by him. His writings are identified in many cases by Latin titles. Aristotle is reported to have contributed to about 150 Philosophical treatises among which only 30 existed.
Six of Aristotle’s treatises on logic are collected under the title “Organon”. It includes the work extremely devoted to reasoning and definition and their analysis. His other well known works are The Nicomachean, Ethics, Politics, Poetics and Rhetoric. In these works he deals with forms and matter of reality space and general concepts.
Aristotle considered logic as the basic tool of Philosophy and Science. Accordingly to his thoughts, logic helps to deduce a conclusion. He is regarded as the pioneer of the Theory of Syllogism which is a continuity of rules and validation. The substantial reality of an object must exist in the object itself. .He was concerned with the causation of matter. He divided the Philosophy into three categories.
Theoretical Philosophy that deals with the truth for its own sake.
Practical Philosophy dealing with the application of the principle to human life. Knowledge must be acquired from evidence of the senses. He specified observation and description as basic tools to explore the knowledge. He believed the goal of human life is happiness and that can only be acquired by rational thinking.
Poetical Philosophy relating to art and beauty.
He believed all mankind to be equally gifted and his ideal state could be that which is governed by the middle class since it would be free from adverse effects of democracy and oligarchy. He posits the Constitutional democracy as an ideal form of government since it strives at the greatest good for its masses.
Aristotle’s literary work is distinguished for general public and his trained pupils whom he had taught at Lyceum .The work relating to his trained pupils is regarded as acroatic while for general public, is classified as exoteric. Under this classification, his work includes “Dialogues” especially “Eudemus”, three books on Philosophy”, four books “On Justice” and treatises “on the Good” and “on Ideas” are noteworthy.

The implementation of JIT may vary upon the nature of operations that are performed by the enterprise. There can be two applications of JIT to manufacturing operations. The technique is widely accepted for the advantages it offers to the manufacturing enterprises. A company that runs a manufacturing business needs to complete the order of specific goods. Using JIT, it can avoid the need of a finished goods Inventory account or subsidiary ledger. When the order is fulfilled the goods are directly marketed to cost of goods sold avoiding their entry to work in process inventory account. It may reduce the requirement for materials inventory records as well as those for finished goods. Purchase of material may be debited directly to the work in process inventory account and cost of finished goods may be debited directly to the cost of goods sold. In short, the introduction of JIT brings simplification to the accounting process. It also offers other advantages .The most significant benefit is that the company does not have to tie up money in large inventories of direct materials and finished goods. Also the company doesn’t need to maintain storage facilities for these inventories. These inventories are not only costly to maintain but increase cycle time and inhibit the detection of defective parts. The JIT guides to an easy access to manufacturing operations. This include acquiring of material just in time for production, and then advancing to next stage just in time and the process goes on till the final stage for shipment to customers. All operations are fulfilled just in time and a lot of time as well as money is saved .This saving can utilize for other purposes and thus the extra time and money wasted in traditional methods are saved. The JIT signifies the value added activities and overwhelms all other unnecessary operations that are of trivial importance and time consuming. The JIT Technique has converted the traditional slow and idle process of manufacturing to highly efficient and cheaper process. It has transform activity in the industrial process. Where JIT has been introduced, these changes are apparent in the sense that there is a huge increase of quality product. It has disengaged all non-value-added costs, such as defective materials, in-process inventories, and delays which were the characteristics of traditional system. The production cycle time has changed to minutes instead to hours or days in traditional process Even the quality of product standard is very high. Any defective items can be notified at the spot immediately. In traditional process the manufacturing companies these inventories give rise to high operational problems thus halting down the entire industrial process and Work in process is the largest current asset. In JIT system the amount of WIP appears to be insignificant .JIT has improvise the whole process eliminating non-value-added costs and delays, JIT simplifies to long-term productivity and reduction of operating costs .JIT allows more than single, authoritative cost accounting method. These include back-flush costing which is compatible with JIT manufacturing. These techniques do not require the departmental documentation as it is required in traditional costing methods. In JIT there is lesser use of paperwork. More reliance is on efficiency of the production .Back-flush costing used by JIT has eliminated conventional production reports thus more emphasis is paid on cycle time measurement, and the tight production and quality control. JIT access to lower inventory cost for materials and parts, works in process, and finished goods. This provides an affordable cost for the enterprises and more attention can be paid to other areas. In this way, the company not only save its expenditure on Inventory buffers, but the process of industrialization is simplified for execution. Large inventories storages are a liability and require a lot of expenditure to maintain. In addition to that, paper work also gives rise to extra work and wastage of money. In these perspectives, the JIT Technique is a handy tool for any manufacturing enterprise. Besides these advantages, JIT technique could be a problem for manufacturing concern as a delay in the arrival of a direct material may bring the manufacturing operations to a halt. Therefore the JIT concept is only feasible when the suppliers of the direct materials are highly credible and reliable. The industrial process tends to slow down when there is hurdle in supply of manufacturing products. IT Technique only works well when there is a direct linkage for all. In such circumstances, the JIT Technique is a failure .The application of JIT Technique becomes a burden .Therefore; it is utilized only in such cases where there is more reliability of resources such that the industrial process runs smoothly.

It involves a test of courage on the part of matador and of strength on the part of the Toro bravo, the fighting bull. Although the contest is indigenous to Spain however it is also popular in other countries like Mexico, Central and South America, France and Portugal. A red colored cloth is waved in front of the bull and it is thought that red color makes the bull more furious .This is what makes the bull to fight against the man .The bull attacks the matador more ferociously and thus the contest of strength and courage begins .In the Spanish Tradition the matador meets the bull on foot and the contest is climaxed with the death of the bull. Portuguese fight the bull on horseback. The killing of bull is banned in Portuguese tradition. This contest is arranged in these countries and attracts all bull fighting lovers to the stadium.

Hence the communication is, usually over some distance and is often achieved via networks of sending and receiving equipment, wires and satellite links.

For all evolving technologies in this digital age, telecommunication remains the centerpiece of connection and linkage among people. Transportation and telecommunication are vital to the functioning of individual countries and to the world, as a whole .It has been considered as a necessity these days for the benefits it offers to the users. Society can't advance further without communication and telecommunication has made it possible for the people to remain intact irrespective of the location and undermining distances.
Technology arose from Greek word techne, which means art or craft. Generally it refers to the ways of creating or performing any thing. Science played an important role providing knowledge of application and principles of different theories of technologies which later on lead foundations of different inventions and discoveries.3 The discovery of electromagnetic by Danish Physicist Hans Christian Oersted in 1820,4 lead the way to the invention of Electric Telegraph in 1837. The mobile users are expected to turn in to millions by 2015.12 Some of the famous brands in mobile handsets are Sony Ericson, Nokia, Samsung, I-mate, LG, and Siemens etc. What has made these cell phones so popular among the masses?
