It is a common saying "Eat to live; not live to eat".
A diet which contains all the basic and necessary constituents which are essential for the body growth and proper health is called a balanced diet. A balanced diet contains the following constituents.
1. Carbohydrates
2. Fats.
3. Proteins.
4. Vitamins.
5. Minerals.
Milk and egg are taken as complete diet. A balanced diet should be used by every one for keeping a good health. The important functions of balanced diet are following.
1. It provides all nutritional requirements of the human body.
2. It helps in proper growth and physical development.
3. It provides energy for the proper function of the organs.
4. It keeps a person healthy and normal.
5. A balanced bidet helps to control psychological and physical activities.
6. It complete the requirement of all the body organs and the bones and nerves.
The importance of balanced diet is cleared from the above points. Some people don't like to eat vegetables and some are allergic to meat of any kind. That is a wrong attitude towards eating. A healthy eating comprise of all these nutrients. One must use chicken, mutton, vegetables, pulses, eggs, milk and fruits according to his nutritional program. It is not mandatory that you eat all together, you can use one of these alternatively. If the habit of using balanced diet is developed among the people we can build a society completely free from diseases and mental confusions.
